Municipal Court Rules of Procedure Subcommittee

Previously, the Civil Rules Committee, Municipal Court Rules of Procedure Subcommittee, had created working groups, subcommittee meetings, and and gathered stakeholder input for working rules and proposals for revisions to the Colorado Municipal Court Rules.  Online submission of stakeholder and public comments closed on January 15 2019.  Here is a compilation of working and proposed rules:
